What to Expect: Using videos on the big screen including  Sufferfest video footage of actual cycle race routes with a great  soundtrack our accomplished and experienced cyclists take you through a structured interval training workout. In any given session you may be time-trialling with Bradley Wiggins, facing the cobbles of the Paris Roubaix route or racing to the top of an iconic climb in the Alps or Pyrenees.

Many of our participants use our indoor cycling sessions as training for cycle tours or sportives. See our Cycle Tours & Events page for details of training weekends and tours we offer.

Current Classes:  Wednesday & Friday 06h15 – 07h00  ( We are zooming classes during the gym closure due to COVID – please call for links ).
What To Bring:
  • HEART RATE MONITOR (optional): We recommend Polar Heart rate H7 blue tooth monitors to use with Polar Iphone app. Standard heart rate monitor or Garmin can also be used.
  • Bike shoes with spd cleats or you can strap in.
  • WATER BOTTLE & SWEAT TOWEL
  • PADDED SHORTS (optional).
